We take great pride in the products we offer. Most of our animals are grass-fed, but recently we began to supplement the dairy animal's daily diet with incidental amounts of grain to increase their protein intake (which is needed when they are milking!). Periodically these animals will be butchered and placed in the freezers with their meat being mixed in with the purely grass-fed meat. Thus we will no longer state that our meat is purely grass-fed. Our meats will remain natural, with no added hormones or antibiotics. Additionally, we have been assured by the vendor of the grain that it comes from non-GMO sources.
